PAPERLESS ORDER requiring supplemental filing. On November 8, 2022 the Court entered an 20 Order requiring Plaintiff to move for default final judgment within ten (10) days of the Order. [ECF No. 20] at 1. The Order warned that failure to file a motion for default final judgment would result in the dismissal of the action without prejudice. Id. at 2. Plaintiff moved for final default judgment on November 14, 2022, and pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(a)(2), included a proposed order granting the motion. See generally [ECF No. 24]. The Court thereafter contacted Plaintiff's counsel and requested a revised proposed order that sufficiently demonstrates Plaintiff's entitlement to default judgment, if any. To date, there is no indication Plaintiff has submitted a revised proposed order. Therefore, on or before December 29, 2022, Plaintiff shall submit the requested revised proposed order. Failure to do so will result in the dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice. Signed by Judge Rodolfo A. Ruiz, II on 12/14/2022. |
