Rule 65(b)(2) states that temporary restraining orders issued without notice cannot be extended beyond 28 days unless the adverse party consents to a longer extension. As the TRO in this case was entered on December 22, 2022, Plaintiffs requested extension would exceed that 28-day period. Plaintiff also requests permission to appear at the preliminary injunction hearing remotely. The Court, however, already gave Plaintiff permission to do so. DE 17 at 3.
