PAPERLESS ORDER. First, the Plaintiffs have filed their Complaint using pseudonyms. See generally Complaint [ECF No. 1]. But Fed. R. Civ. P. 10(a) requires that "the title of the complaint must name all the parties[.]" See also In re: Chiquita Brands Int'l, Inc., 965 F.3d 1238, 1247 (11th Cir. 2020) ("Generally, parties to a lawsuit must identify themselves in the pleadings."). A party may, therefore, proceed under a pseudonym "only in exceptional cases." Ibid. (cleaned up). Accordingly, if the Plaintiffs wish to proceed under the pseudonyms they used in their Complaint, they must seek our leave to do so by July 20, 2023. Second, the Plaintiffs have sued "the Individuals, Partnerships, and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A," see Complaint, but they haven't filed Schedule A on the docket. By July 20, 2023, therefore, the Plaintiffs must refile their Complaint, attaching Schedule A as an exhibit. The Plaintiffs may seek leave to file Schedule A under seal if appropriate. PAPERLESS ORDER granting 24 the Plaintiffs' Second Motion for Extension of Time (the "Motion"). In the Motion, the Plaintiffs ask us to extend the temporary restraining order for 14 days, through August 31, 2023. Id. at 2. The Plaintiffs also ask us to extend the preliminary-injunction hearing to August 31, 2023. Ibid. Under Rule 65(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a temporary restraining order "expires at the time after entry -- not to exceed 14 days -- that the court sets, unless before that time the court, for good cause, extends it for a like period or the adverse party consents to a longer extension." The Plaintiffs inform us that, "[d]espite Plaintiffs' efforts, Etsy.com still has not responded to the TRO with the required data," so the "Plaintiffs have therefore not been able to serve any of the Defendants." Ibid. They ask for the extension, then, "to provide Defendants with due process and permit Plaintiffs to serve the Defendants[.]" Ibid. Fairness to the Defendants sounds like good cause to us. We therefore GRANT the Motion as follows: 1. The temporary restraining order shall remain in effect until August 31, 2023. 2.
