PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's Ex Parte Motion for Leave to File Under Seal (DE 9) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Plaintiff requests to seal Schedule A to its Complaint ("Schedule A") and Exhibit 3 to the Declaration of Jure Markic in support of its Ex Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining Order ("Markic Declaration") pending the Court's consideration of Plaintiff's Ex Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Upon review of Plaintiff's Motion, the record, and applicable law, the Court finds good cause to seal Schedule A and the Markic Declaration because Plaintiff's interest in protecting confidential information outweighs the common law right of access. In the Order, the Court stated, "Failure to post the outstanding amount of the $200,000 bond before November 1, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. shall result in the Court entering an order vacating the entry of the preliminary injunction."
