PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to File Under Seal (DE 10) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Plaintiff requests to seal Schedule A to its Complaint ("Schedule A") until the Court has the opportunity to rule on Plaintiff's request for temporary ex parte relief. Upon review of Plaintiff's Motion, the record, and applicable law, the Court finds good cause to seal Schedule A because Plaintiff's interest in protecting confidential information outweighs the common law right of access. See Romero v. Drummond Co., 480 F.3d 1234, 1246 (11th Cir. 2007). Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion (DE 10) is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file Schedule A under seal. Within seven (7) days of the Court's ruling on Plaintiff's request for temporary ex parte relief, Plaintiff shall file a motion to unseal the case and shall add all Schedule A Defendants as Parties through CM-ECF. Signed by Judge Kathleen M. Williams on 9/25/2023. (rm04)

Plaintiff seeks leave to file a memorandum of law in support of its ex parte motion for entry of a temporary restraining order that exceeds the 20-page limitation set by Local Rule 7.1(c)(2). The Court finds that the four (4) page increase is appropriate given the number of issues raised in Plaintiff's memorandum of law. Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application for Entry of Temporary Restraining Order, Including a Temporary Injunction, a Temporary Transfer of the Defendant Internet Stores, a Temporary Asset Restraint, and Expedited Discovery, which is 24 pages, is deemed properly filed. Signed by Magistrate Judge Lisette M. Reid on 10/2/2023.
