As one of numerous examples, the screenshot on page 16 of 258 of ECF No. 24 does not appear to infringe on any of the registered copyrights included in Exhibit 1 to the Complaint. This suggests a need for the plaintiff to reevaluate its format for presenting the alleged infringements to the Court in Exhibit 2 to the Declaration, and whether it has included unmeritorious allegations of infringements by products or marketplaces more generally.
