P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) [67], the claims against Defendant Yipin Clothing are dismissed without prejudice and with the parties granted leave to reinstate on or before 5/27/2025. If a motion to reinstate is not filed by 5/27/2025, the claims against Defendant Yipin Clothing shall be dismissed with prejudice without further order of the Court.
