NOTICE of Voluntary Dismissal by Crye Precision LLC as to Defendant zouyixl and the Individuals and Entities Operating zouyixl

30

Oct. 21, 2024

MINUTE entry before the Honorable Joan B. Gottschall: Pursuant to plaintiff's notice of voluntary dismissal [29], this case is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff represented in its pending motion to seal that it anticipated filing an ex parte motion for a temporary restraining order, and "[s]ealing this portion of the file is necessary to prevent the Defendants from learning of these proceedings prior to the execution of the temporary restraining order." ECF No. 3 at 1. Plaintiff's motion [3] to seal is denied because plaintiff has dismissed this action voluntarily without filing a motion for temporary restraining order and because plaintiff filed proof of service [28] of the summons and complaint, meaning that defendant has received notice of plaintiff's claims. All presently sealed documents will remain sealed for fourteen days to allow plaintiff time to renew its motion to seal and show good cause for maintaining the seal post-dismissal. If plaintiff wishes to renew its motion to seal, it has until and including 11/04/2024 to do so. In the absence of a renewed motion to seal, all documents will be unsealed on 11/05/2024. Civil case terminated. Mailed notice
