ORDER: For the reasons stated in this Order, the Court finds that joinder of 48 defendants is improper under 35 U.S.C. � 299. Accordingly, Defendant Nos. 2-48 are dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff's motion for temporary restraining order [7] and motion to exceed page limit [14] are denied without prejudice. Plaintiff may refile its motions consistent with this Order.
