While Plaintiff's motion seeks to file Schedule A to the complaint [2] under seal, Plaintiff has since filed an amended complaint [13] and an amended Schedule A [14]. Accordingly, all but one of the 156 Defendants listed in Schedule A to the complaint [2] are no longer in this case. The Court is strongly inclined to deny Plaintiff's motion [3] as moot. However, the Court will keep Schedule A to the complaint [2] provisionally sealed until 02/24/2025. By 02/24/2025, Plaintiff may (1) inform the Court it wishes to strike [2] from the docket; (2) inform the Court that its motion [3] may be denied as moot and that [2] may be unsealed; or (3) file a supplemental motion to seal "analyz[ing] in detail. the propriety of secrecy, providing reasons and legal citations" as to why the identities of the third-parties listed in [2] should remain under seal. Baxter Inter., Inc. v. Abbott Laboratories, 297 F.3d 544, 546-47 (7th Cir. 2002). The Clerk of Court is directed to maintain [2] under seal until further order of the Court. Mailed notice. |
