MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lindsay C. Jenkins: Plaintiff should review the Court's standing order on "Schedule A" Cases, available at https://www.ilnd.uscourts.gov/judge-info.aspx?IuUaWzNcEoPr4PHl9tvcGaMUezk8AnJ1 under the "Case Procedures" tab. As explained there, Plaintiff must complete and file the template linked on that page before the Court will consider granting any motion for preliminary injunctive relief. The submission must also provide a listing of all prior Schedule A cases filed in any court in the United States in which Plaintiff was a plaintiff, and a listing of any of the defendants included in the Schedule A in this case that Plaintiff has previously named as a defendant in any prior complaint or Schedule A case. Finally, by filing the template, Plaintiff certifies that Plaintiff has not used any of the screenshot evidence supplied in support of a motion for a TRO in this case in any prior proceeding. If the template is not completed by March 25, 2025, the Court may dismiss this matter for failure to prosecute. Mailed notice. |

June 27, 2025 |
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lindsay C. Jenkins: The court will grant a temporary restraining order only to the extent that the asset restraint may apply only to money or assets traceable to sales of the accused products. It will not impose a prejudgment asset restraint that encompasses assets that arguably restrains assets of sales of other products. Wham-O Holding v. The Partnerships, 24 CV 12523, Dkt. 39 (N.D. Ill. Feb. 20, 2025) (Alexakis, J.). If Plaintiff wishes to submit a revised proposed order, it should send one to the court's proposed order box by June 30, 2025. Otherwise, the court will permit electronic service and expedited discovery only. The motion for excess pages 25 is granted. Mailed notice. |

July 1, 2025 |
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lindsay C. Jenkins: The motion for a temporary restraining order 26 is partly denied and partly granted. The court has reviewed the revised proposed order submitted to the court's PO Box and it does not satisfy the court's prior statement that the asset restraint may apply only to money or assets traceable to sales of the accused products. The proposed order states that third parties are (a) "temporarily restrained and enjoined from transferring or disposing of any money or other assets related to the sales of infringing products until further ordered by this Court," and (b) that third-parties are to "restrain and enjoin such accounts related to the sales of infringement products from receiving, transferring or disposing of any money or other of Defendants' assets until further ordered by this Court." This does not align with the court's explanation, so the request for injunctive relief is denied. The court permits electronic service and expedited discovery only and a proposed order only as to those requests must be submitted to the court's PO Box by July 2, 2025. Mailed notice. |
