MINUTE entry before the Honorable LaShonda A. Hunt: This case has been assigned to the calendar of Judge LaShonda A. Hunt. On 4/28/25, Plaintiff filed a complaint 1 and sealed Schedule A 2. On 5/5/25, Plaintiff filed an amended Schedule A under seal 12 identifying one remaining defendant in this case but did not file an amended complaint. Plaintiff's complaint contains no details whatsoever about the remaining defendant identified in amended Schedule A (or any defendant, for that matter). Rather, Plaintiff filed a form complaint with generic allegations about "Defendant Internet Stores" allegedly violating copyright laws. The complaint 1 is therefore stricken for failure to comply with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 8 and 10. Plaintiff must file an amended complaint by 5/23/25. Otherwise, this case will be dismissed. If Plaintiff chooses to file an amended complaint, she is instructed to file a redacted amended complaint on the public docket as well as a sealed amended complaint. Counsel is admonished to review and comply with all court procedures and applicable rules. Moreover, Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order 7 and motion for leave to file excess pages 14 are denied without prejudice to renewal if this case proceeds. Plaintiff's motion to seal 13 is taken under advisement. Motion hearing set for 5/15/25 15 is stricken. Mailed notice.
