ORDER. On 2/4/2026, Plaintiff Rickey Peoples moved for leave to file certain documents under seal, including attachment Schedule "A" to his complaint and ex parte motions for a temporary restraining order and for alternative service, together with supporting documents. ECF No. 3. On 2/6/2026, the Court granted Mr. Peoples' [3] motion for leave to file documents under seal. ECF No. 10. To date, Mr. Peoples has not filed any additional documents, despite requesting emergency TRO relief in this case.
