STATUS Report by Robert Bosch LLC

ORDER: The Court dismisses Bosch's amended complaint 15 without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction and for improper joinder. Bosch may file a second amended complaint within twenty-one days if it believes it can cure the legal deficiencies identified in this order. However, if the second amended complaint still brings claims against multiple defendants, then Bosch must also file a new memorandum establishing the propriety of joinder. Finally, the Court denies both motions to reassign [21, 24] without prejudice. Bosch may refile these motions at a later date if it elects to file a second amended complaint that addresses the issue identified above. Signed by the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman on 4/17/2026.
