On October 2, 2026, Amazentis SA and Timeline Longevity, Inc. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) commenced this action against The Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule A (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiffs filed a complaint, [Doc. No. [1]]; an ex parte motion for a temporary restraining order and expedited discovery, [Doc. No. [3]]; and an ex parte motion for leave to serve Defendants by alternative means, [Doc. No. [5]]. On October 6, 2025, Plaintiffs filed substantially similar motions in a prior action before this Court. See 25-cv-12913-MJJ. Rather than repeat that analysis here, I incorporate the reasoning of that memorandum by reference. See id. at [Doc. No. [14]]. For the reasons set forth there, and below, both motions are GRANTED.
