ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: Based on the foregoing findings of fact and conclusions of law, Plaintiffs Application is hereby GRANTED and it is ORDERED as follows: 1. As sufficient causes have been shown, Defendants and their officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of this Order are temporarily enjoined and restrained from engaging in any of the following conduct pending the return date of the Application as referenced below: as further set forth within. 3.
