ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: Based on the foregoing findings of fact and conclusions of law, Plaintiff's Application is hereby GRANTED and it is ORDERED as follows: As further set forth by this Order. 1.
